THE EVOLVE PROGRAMME

I designed the Evolve Programme to provide a practical guide that gets you out of suffering, lack of motivation and constant exhaustion. I would like to inspire you to prioritize yourself, deepen connections (with your body as well) and find your flow.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED?

I know that everyone is busy. So, I did the research and summarized the theory in 3-8 min/day. There is a daily additional practical exercise included. I would suggest dedicating ca. 15 minutes daily to evolve.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAMME?

The Evolve Programme has 3 levels: Foundations, Plan & Practice, Create. All levels include 2 weeks and build on each other to facilitate long term change.

CHOOSE & COMMIT

The first week is about understanding your power to create, realize what you really want and transform your point of view about functioning from reaction, and move into creation of your life. 

You will learn about the law of attraction, have a look at judgements and expectations, define and commit to your goals and practice surrendering.

CHOOSE & COMMIT
REDISCOVER YOU

The first week is about understanding your power to create, realize what you really want and transform your point of view about functioning from reaction, and move into creation of your life. 

You will learn about the law of attraction, have a look at judgements and expectations, define and commit to your goals and practice surrender.

During the second week, you will overview the stories you are telling yourself and others, get introduced to the power of asking questions and work on being your and your body's best friend.

You surely have experienced your intuition or the feeling "I knew!" before. This week you will practice following your inner wisdom and learn to listen to the subtle signs your body and being is sending your way.

GET OUT OF A RUT

What if just by changing your point of view, understanding how your ego works and listing what gives us long term joy would change the circumstances you are in?

This week you will have the chance to rethink your habits based on the work of the previous two weeks, practice how to really get out of your comfort zone, what the difference between fear and excitement is and how to prevent the ego stopping you from change.

LISTEN & CONNECT

We are part of a greater whole. Living in harmony with all living beings and the Earth itself gives a sense of calmness and connectedness. 

The longest study on happiness concluded that the ones who had the deepest social connections lived the happiest lives.

During week 4 you will learn about true listening without expectations, practice being vulnerable and open your heart to others.

MAKE IT REAL

In theory, it all sounds good, you have practised as well, maybe your life already transformed more than you ever thought. 
What would it take to transform your whole reality? Could you start inspiring other people to change just by the way you live?

During week 5 you will learn about the power of believing in a wanted outcome without doubt, the energy pull practice for actualizing your wishes and the power of patience and trust.

EVOLVE CONTINUOUSLY

What if even though you learnt all these fantastic tools but "life kicks in"? Duties, limiting points of view, lack of time, fears get you back into procrastination and disconnection?

In week 6 you will practice working on an area where you allow yourself to fail and get back on track having your vision guiding you. You will find a commitment partner, reprioritize and practice saying no to prepare you for long lasting change.

WHAT KIND OF THEORY AND TASKS CAN I EXPECT?

The 6-week programme summarizes the most relevant theory based on Academic Research in Psychology, Behavioural and Health Sciences, Consciousness Coaching Tools, Ancient Wisdom, and further exercises that helped many of my clients already (I always give you sources and recommendations if you want to explore topics further).

 

You will also receive practical tasks related to the theory every day to build up change and help you evolve. ​Tasks will include writing exercises, such as creating a motivation inventory; observations, such as what is flowy/heavy; videos; and many ones that will push your comfort zone in real life!

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? ​

The first week is free. All you need to do is sign up and you will get access to the first 7 days. The price of the Evolve Programme is €50 that will be charged to your card at the end of the free trial. If you would like to pay in instalments, contact me.

 

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF IT?

Your life will flow with ease and you will be able to fully own your choices and take responsibility for what you are doing. By respecting yourself, trusting your inner wisdom, understanding the law of attraction, listening from a place of love, communicating clearly and slowing down to be in the moment will all transform your perception of yourself, your relationships, your work and everything around you.
